Toyo MT's on Cherokee
Anyone running Toyo MT on thier Cherokee?? I have been told that they are great but the sidewalls are too stiff for use on a lighweight vehicle like a cherokee

I almost got them on my jeep but I was told the same thing. They are also suppose to wear out pretty quick but what m/t doesnt.

yep, I've got the Pro Comp Xterrains on the jeep now and they started to chop up with less than 15,000 miles with alignments and good rotation (3,000) miles. I would not recommend them. The Toyos have a great following but I was told that the they are great for the F250's and larger trucks but not for the jeep. If that is the case I am starting to look at the BFG MT Km2's. They seem pretty good for a daily driver/offroad use

As for wearing out quick the Toyo MTs wear as good or better than most all of the Max Traction tires out there. ( remember this isn't a All Terrain tire )

Max Traction tires are not noted for having great traction on wet roads. They will do great if you have the tire shop sipe the centers. I have had every tire I've bought in the last 14 years siped and have no problems on wet or snowy roads.
