pliz look at this photo (see the arrows) - it's from the bottom of my Jeep. Are these holes for the towing hooks??

that should be your frame rail. why do you want tow hooks in the back and not a hitch?

your top arrow is one and the next hole up is the other, for standard tow hooks.

those are the hitch mounting bolt holes don't run a hook off those you need to tie in more of the unibody so you don't rip the hooks off the unibody

. a trailer hitch....

you'd be better off with hooks in the front and something else in the back.

The pic shows a tow hitch... but not one for your Jeep....

That Jeep had a tow hitch or a gas tank skid plate. on it a one point... Those little square inserts in those holes are where it would have bolted too. The third bolt would have gone where you already have that bolt at the front of the frame area in the picture.

Jeep did offer a simple tow hook bracket that used the back hole in the frame rail and the two in the unibody tail plate....

Arab a trailer hitch that is more heavy duty than the one pictured can have a tow hook insert for the center of it and that distributes the pull towards the whole frame and not just one side.
