doesn't matter as long as they match and for your hitch and the holes in the frame rails.
nut strips are a piece of metal with nuts welded to it - it goes inside the frame so you have something to bolt to.

Don't. Bolt it on so you can remove it for adding a gas tank skid or bumper in the future - they use the same mount points.

You can get nutstrips from the dealer, morris 4x4, or JCR.
You have to pull the rear bumper and you will find access holes to slide the nutstrips into.
You can take the nutstrip to any hardware store and get the correct bolts to use.
For the guy looking for a hitch, look on craigslist or a junkyard. I've gotten 3 of them from junkyards and paid no more than $20 for any of them.
DON'T WELD IT!
a) it's not easily removed
b) your gas tank is right next to it <1in away
c) that's really thin sheetmetal to be welding a load bearing hitch to
d) it would take you longer to weld it without warping the frame rails then it would take to bolt it up
