I used a jigsaw with a metal blade. I taped off what i wanted to cut. You have to hold the fender with one hand to keep it from shaking. It took no time and looks great.

i used a sawzall on mine. just tape a line and you should be fine

Did one of the Rears today but have to work so the rest will be done tommorow hopefully. anyways... (taken on phone BTW) 1st is after 2nd before.

What's the best tool to use to cut the plastic fender and bumper up front that I have on my 2001 limited XJ? I have the bumper that extends down along the front for the foglight package underneath. I need to trim some where the bumper meets the fender to clear 31's and it is like aheavy duty plastic. Thanks

Did mine the other day. took the sawzall to it..easy
