Question TJ flares on an XJ

I've seen a thread on her before a guy put TJ flares on his XJ. I think he said he used the rear flares. Pics looked good a simple look & cheap. Question is how to mount them? Use TJ hardware & drill new holes?

1/4" stainless steel bolts and associated hardware. (nuts 2-washers and lock washer)

Drill close to the inside edge.

Roughly about 6 per side.

As much as I google stuff. thanks I think I'm gonna go for it. I like the look & cost plus I'm gettin new bumpers so it'll look more complete with matching flares. I got my W2's RC lift soon to come & I guess I'll have to post before & after pics. thanks for the info
