its time to cut my fenders and i was thinking of putting tj flares on my 97 , i can get a set for free . i know theres other people who did this but i cant find really what im looking for with the search button ,
i know people are putting the rear tj ones on the fronts , but whats the main reason behind that and what are they putting in the rears to match the look ?
i would like to see some decent pics , of that and also what the front tj flares look like on the front of an xj , amd whats involved with puting these on , i know i could figure it out , but i wanna make sure im gonna like the look before i go thru everything to put them on

P.S. The last two pics are of my 94 Sport 'Lil Red'

this is funny, Im actually going to an auto yard myself to try and get some, thats how I would go about it and I really want to tie in my blinkers to the front flares of the TJ, how they have the blinkers in them

My flares didn't come with the merker lights, I just filled it in. If it were up to me I would do without the fender flares.
I appologize for the large pic.

To put front tj flares on your xj and make it look decent you will need to cut off a lot of your fender.I was going to do this with mine but once I got the flares and saw what needed done I changed my mind.
