I was kinda wondering, Why is everyone so abscessed with flares? I ask cause I always just get rid of them on my rigs. It's just one other thing to knock off when wheeling....

Dunno I don't really like the stock XJ ones but I like the TJ ones and I still like having my flares....I don't plan on doing any serious heavy offroading till the XJ becomes a toy when I graduate so for now it's a light trail and hunting vehicle and I want it to look how I like I suppose.. Personal taste I guess is what it boils down to...

Because when your tires stick out 10" and fling all kind of Michigan salty slush water on the roads, and mud off road, all over your windshield... you start to see a reason for flares. TJ flares just happen to look decent if done right.

And I don't think anyone's really obsessed with them, but in many states, full tire coverage is mandatory and enforced.

That's a completely home-fabbed bumper Jon built, I know I should let him answer but it's just sick how clean that thing came out.... looks like a factory built item.

Very understandable, I guess I've never been one to worry about the mud or salt all over my rig, but than again I'm kida a Red Neck too... LOL

Either I do say TJ flares do look good, I also like the look of Rusty's flares..

Not an actual laser, just eyes. If it sticks out, it sticks out and you get a piece of paper.

More pics please. im trying to decide whether to go with all rears or the full set, or even spend a lot of scratch on the bushwackers. preferably pics of the whole Jeep.
