Hey guys I just got a 96 cherokee 4door and would like to know whats the biggest tire that will fit under a stock supension with out having to hack off to much

30" will more than likly rub. right now i have 235/75/15 on 15x8 and they are fine. any thing bigger and i would rub.

Mike is right on that figure. If you do a budget boost then you can run 30s easily. 3" will get you 31s.

30's in most cases a stock suspension will rub without some fender trimming..2" lift 30's run perfect and 31's would run with slight trimming on a 2" lift...

thanks guys for the info. it needs new tires and just wanted to know how big. if you run 30's how much would you have to trim, and is it only on the flares or is it fender.

I did run 30's on my stock suspension, no rubbing as long as it was not disconnected.
