Just fitted the jeep with a new set of shoes . 31 x 10.5 x15 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ. Anyone have experience with these? So far I am impressed with them.....

 

Do a write-up and review for us in about 20,000 miles or 32,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.

To the OP. These tires look great. Did you have other tires in consideration?

 

i dont but i have read up on them and they have fairly good reviews expecially for the price

 

The set I replaced were BFG all terrains, which I really liked, But I wanted something a little more aggressive. I did have a set of BFG mud terrain km2's on my last jeep a few years back, but I hated them . They were really noisy and couldn't keep them balanced. So this is really just trying something different .

How do they do in snow? So far, know you just got them.

 

I just got bajas to, but 33s. They do great in snow but. Same as most mud terrains snow/ice on roads can be slick. Especially compacted snow

what size lift are you running?

 

I'm running the mtz in 35s they've been great so far.

if I am correct those are stock flares right? Do you have any rubbing?
