My 93 XJ is completely stock except for some 30 inch tires. When I looked at it from behind, the rear axle is not centered. The right rear tire sticks out a little more than the left rear tire, so the axle is a little offset to the right. Is there a fix for this, other than rewelding the spring perches, if that's the problem?

 

are you using a stock rear axle?

Yes, it's the stock Dana 35.

 

then the brackets are in the right space. are you sure they arent equal distance from the fenders and you are just looking at it from a weird angle? i often look at the back of my jeep and it looks off but in actuality is isn't.

I will double check and measure, but it seemed fairly obvious to me when I looked at it. I will let you know.

 

Yep it isn't centered. It sticks out more on one side than the other.

 

thats wierd, are you running the same 4 tires/wheels all around with the same sizes?
