tire sizes?
So.my question is what would a 31s measurements be for example 215/75/15 how can I tell if it is a 31...also another question what is a good back spacing on wheels for a 31 on a 3" lifted cherokee

Thats your best answer. There are several calculators online to help you with the math and quick while shopping for a tire.....
