IIRC 30's are the largest

depends on if you stay on the pavement and keep your sway bars connected. I've got extended bump stops and can barely get 30's to not rub, fully compressed and with the sway bar disconnected. The added ground clearance won't make up for getting pinned by your tires. There are some great lift/tire size threads on here with excellent information. Thumb through that and you'll know what to get.

I ran 236/75/15 on the wifes XJ without issue, they give a stock XJ a little increase in stance.
Not sure 30" would work.

I ran 255/75-15's on stock suspension with no spacers. They rub a little on the sway bar lower link where it joins the axle. But otherwise ok.

The Black one is 235/75/15 Goodyear Wrangler A/T.
The White one is 3" lift and 31x10.50x15.
I think the Steel Wheels must have a little different offset because those don't rub.
