Sounds like BS is in your future. You can also find great write-ups on trimming the fenders. I just did mine yesterday and have 15x8 w/ 4in. BS. No rubbing at all.

yeah, you're gonna need to get rims with less backspacing.
stock rims are usually 15x7 with 5.25 inch backspacing. for those tires, ideally you want an 8 inch rim with 4 inch backspacing. that should get you away from those control arms. but may get you closer to the edges of the fender and or flares. you may have to go up an inch or two, or minimal fender trimming.
those rims will handle 31x10.5 quite easily and can possibly work with 33x12.5 with the appropriate fender trimming.
other option is 3.75 backspacing. they won't stick out too much with 9.5 tires.

The backspacing will fix it. I was running 31/ 10.50's on stock wheels. It rubbed the control arm and sway bar. I found a cheap set of steel wheels with around a 4" backspacing and it still rubbed when I backed up with full turn. The only reason was for that was because I had messed with my flares so the inside was sticking out a little.
Im thinking that with the 30. 9.50's you would be fine just getting new wheels.
I went with something like this.

if you like the craiger soft 8's you can get them for about $40 a rim. thats what i got mine for (in 2007 from discount tire).
they are 15x8 with 4" back spacing. i still use them today with my 33 TSL super swampers.
When you get the new shoes post pictures=]
