They come in 225/75/15's, and they're amazing for both mud & snow

holy crap $1100 for 4 225s? I feel sorry for you...that's $275 a tire. No way would I pay that.

Have a look at the Dayton Timberline AT II. I have been very pleased with mine (great snow performance). Not the most common tire, but you get a lot for about $90 a piece.

The local tire guy here tried turning me on the some Starfire SF510's He said they are made by cooper and are aggressive. He said 235's would run 420.00 total installed and tax.

I got 235's, if that makes any difference.

But these are phenomenal tires. And I need tires that can handle extreme road conditions. Plus, Canadian prices are MUCH higher than American, so consider that.

I had destination A/T on my S10 Blazer and they were awesome. Those things would not even slip on wet grass and they had terrific treadwear.

Another glowing review of the Firestone AT's. I put them on my XJ the day I bought it (in 235/70r16). Put about 40k miles on them, and they still had at least 1/3rd tread left. I never had a problem on wet roads (Texas, so we get a lot of oil buildup that comes to the surface in light rains and plays havoc with traction), off road in light mud and rocks, or anywhere. Last year we got over a foot of snow and ice, and I was shuttling guys to work and home.

They work great for a daily driver, and perform well off road also.

Be careful...you get what you pay for. A tire that cheap is bound to have manufacturing defects and terrible treadlife.

Yea I was just wondering if anyone ever heard of those, for the same price I can get 225 Kumo which I think are pretty decent tires. I have had them on my cars in the past..

Ok I found these in stock , 225/ 70/ 15 Would there be any advantages for this tire size compared to whats on the jeep now? 215/75/15 Highway primewells.? Or should I look at the 235 70 15?

those are actually smaller than the tires you have right now.
0.4" wider
0.29" shorter

a 235/70 is almost 3/4" wider, and 1/4" taller - these will likely rub when you turn

i'd still recommend 235/75R15s. They fit perfectly under our jeeps

Thanks for the info, I'm going to have them put on a used 235/75/15 tire to see how it fits before I order anything....So far just talking with a few shops, Sears says it should work, Tire Barn says it mostly will Rub and Wallen Auto thinks it will rub. I had them all take a look at the set up.
