Default Tire Question

Hey Team,

So the old girl has 237/70/15 tires on and they are bloody hard to find used.

Can anyone suggest a more common tire to fit the same rim?
If so, I have 2 full tread tires on now and wondering if I change size can I run them at the same time as the current (2 matching front x 2 matching back)

Or do I change all the rims and tires to get a more common tire?

CHEERS!

235/70/15 are just a little harder to find in certain brands and 235/75/15 are easy to find in most sizes in my experience. Are you in the US market?

Thanks mate!

I’m in the US (Tennessee). I called 15+ shops last week and found one average tire.

I was thinking of moving to 235/75/15, are these more common and will they fit fine?

Cheers!

I usually wait until the Black Friday sales to buy any tires I need. I got 4 Goodyear Wrangler 235/75/15 last year from Wallyworld for less then $300 out the door. I put them on a tandem wheel trailer I had bought. A lot cheaper then trailer tires were going for.
It may have been a Christmas sale but one of those two they drop some good deals on tires. Good Luck!
