Sidewalls sag while driving over obstacles. If you check pressure and its' still at 35, you're fine. Check to see you didn't break a bead loose and are leaking air, just to be sure.
I want to shout, "Hey mall crawler, get out of the parking lot and onto some trails!" lol :P

I used to work at a place with a zigzagging parking lot. Every day I would drive across all the parking spot dividers to get to the exit. PPL would get so pissed they had to go around. I got yelled at by the boss many times for it.

sidewall flex is completely normal and fine...its supposed to happen, ive had sidewalls flexed almost to the rim......BTW 35psi seems a little high, stock pressure is 32psi for stock tires IIRC, anything bigger than stock you have to do a little trial and error to figure out your prime running pressure.
