Default Tie rod and Drag link conversion failed inspection
Jeep lovers failed the inspection for loose steering. How can I tighten up the steering? this is a Rusty's Tie rod and Drag link conversion.

there is no way to tighten up a tie rod end it is what it is , how new is your set up maybe they need to be replaced ?
