ticking... header upgrade

Default ticking... header upgrade

i have 2 questions.

1: i have a ticking sound coming from my engine. it's not there when it idels. but when i step on the gas, yep nice and laud tick. sound like a lifter but some people say its my exhaust manifold. now that makes sence. theres a bolt missing from the manifold. and the engine has 362,xxx mi on it. the exhaust manifold is stalk. is this a comin problom?

2: if it is an exhaust manifold, dos any one know any good brand of headers

Where did you learn to spell and type?

362,000 mils on her, sweet that is a lot of miles. Both of my Jeeps are missing that front stud no ticking from this side. I just usually check the torque of the remaining bolts when I do oil changes. Prolly just a lifter tick I wouldn't worry about it just change to some thicker oil.
