Tick near the AC accumulator

Tick near the AC accumulator
Still trying to locate the name of the part this the tick is coming from but below in the photo, the tick is coming from the black 'thing' between the AC accumulator and the green ****. (Top left area of engine bay)
I can physically feel the tick from it. I'm waiting on video to upload to photobucket so you can hear it.
