Glad I checked the readings, the max volts I'm getting to the signal wire at wide open throttle is 3.78v.
I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be 4.72v so is this good or bad?

just a little note, recently one of our local members with an electronic bent took apart an OEM TPS, and found that by cleaning and adjusting the copper rails and contact points inside, he was able to restore proper operation, for the time being anyway

That's about the same voltage as my OEM one reads at WOT. Mind you my TPS has about ~400k kms but it's read the same for the last 100k.
I believe the FSM says that the maximum voltage at WOT cannot be higher than a value close to 5V (since that is the reference voltage), but no minimum WOT.
What's your idle voltage?

I'm guessing the signal voltage might be lower than the supply as there is some drop across the sensor windings. That said is always good to check supply voltages and ground connections back to the PCM. The sensor ground is not the same as the vehicle ground, its the - that goes to the PCM. Aside, another way to check a TPS, not that you need to now that you have a Mopar, is to just connect a scan tool that reads live data and move it through the range of motion and read the percent of opening on the meter.
