Throttle Linkage

I have really high and rough idle could this be the culprit and how do i fix this

Nope. Do a search for Idle Air Control.

that part with the spring is broken holds the throttle open and the othe line isnt even hooked up

un hook it see if it idles down i thinj thats the kick down cable pics kinda small as for the rough idle dont think it could be what year is it
