Default throttle issue

ok so, when i am driving and then stop and turn off my jeep, then come back like a couple min later i start her and she coughs and sputters on me then i give her some gas and it sounds even more terrible then i floor it and after a few secs of sounding terrible it starts to sound better still coughs till i get to driving again, then another thing its been like this for a while when i floor it bogs then if i lift my peddle up about to 3/4 throttle it seems to have full throttle, but when i floor it it will cough sometimes to. i have no clue what would be causing it to do this any help would be grateful. this has all been happening for about 3 months now.

the first one sounds like iac on the the throttle body, the second can also be the iac,but it also sounds like the tps. In addition I would give it a good tune-up,like plugs, cap.and rotor if have not latley.

possibly the TPS, also try taking out a couple spark plugs and clean em real good. mine did some of the similar things did both and it worked for me.

it could yes. when my o2 sensors went out it ran horrible! i put some seafoam in my gas tank and it cleaned it all up fairly good!
