Default Throttle body grinding-grease?

My TB grinds at the small bearings in the ends of the butterfly valve.. What grease should I use in there to keep it from grinding? One that also won't hinder performance.

Have you taken the air tube off and actually cleaned the TB? It is a good idea, mine was terrible, a lot of carbon buildup. Kinda sticky after I cleaned it but I shot all the joint areas on the outside with WD-40, to get the crap out and it seems good meow. I'd be curious to know if they should be lubed, and what to use...

I know, I was being obtuse.

Is there a chance there was a burr edge around the butterfly pin holes, left from the bore?

Probably bushings, not bearings.

It is usually used on muffler bearings.
