throttle body cleaning ?

throttle body cleaning ?
Hey guys, I have a 2000 XJ with 150K. I have done plenty of maintenance on it thats why it has lasted me this long with no problem. I bought the crc maf cleaner and throttle body cleaner but when I look at it under the hood, looks kind of complicated to take the throttle body off to clean it 100%. Can anyone guide me with the right way of doing this as well as cleaning the maf ?

Really
simple to take off.first loosen clips on black box on op of throttle body,now just pull off.Looking down on exposed TB,there are four 10mm bolts,undo these and the electics attatched to the sensors and it lifts out.Your cables simply unclip and its free.Good luck.
