Throttle Adjustment???

After my motor swap and upon test drive, I noticed that my throttle is not all there. I only have roughly quarter of my throttle capabilities. Doesn't look there is even an adjustment for this. Thoughts?

There is an adjustment procedure for the TV cable. Search for a thread called "free quick fix" or something similar.
