Oh yeah, for $200 It'd definetely be sittin in my driveway!! I'd get it now before someone else snags it, or it gets turned into about 30 new Prius's.

thanks for the input. Dose anyone know what the engine and trans might be out of? Its a 258 I6. It has a 2 bbl carter carb. The trans is a 3 speed, but the guy sayed it used to have a granny gear, but he didnt put it in. So, i gess, its actually a 4 speed. thanks

 

oh, and the shifter handle is long. When i put it in one of the top gears it was toller than the dash.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like an AMC engine and a chevy truck tranny fron the 60s. Not sure about the tranny w/o a pic or two.
