Sure looks like RC's to me..

 

Ive had the RC shackles with my old lift and that looks exactly like mine.

 

They appear to be RCs but may be some cheap knock-off.

 

that was my thought i messaged the seller with no return yet so.......

 

These are the shackles i got from RC a couple months ago:



But according to RC's website, they are the same as the ones you have there. I don't know why the year stops at 96 though.

 

the guy is also selling rc LCA and UCA's (adjustable) so i am assuming they are, and they will be min up until 40 bucks. Because new from RC to my do is $50.27.
