Questions about upper radiator hose placement. Notice that the hose attachment to thermostat housing is pressed onto

the first stop or bard on the housing but there is a second bard further down the housing. I am wondering if the hose should be pushed further on and the clamp between the two barbs?

 

Both hoses look like they are installed on the thermostat housing properly.

 

Yes, they r correct as is.

 

that first "barb" tells you where the hose should stop. Who knows what that second one is.

 

Just replaced mine this weekend. The pic is correct.

the first bard is were the hose I replaced was and when I put the new one on this is the location the preformed hose felt right at.


Just wanted to check with others.
