Default thermostat and radiator cap
ok. i was driving home. and about 2 blocks before i got home i noticed that i was above 210. middle bar..... but could a bad radiator cap or thermostat make that happen?

temp for what does normally run at? 210 is a fairly common temp. to answer you question yes they could cause the cap usually causes you to lose coolant anfter you shut the engine down

my temp guage was going over 210.. but ur saying my cap or thermostat could cause over heating? also. how can i check electric fan.

fan kicks on at 215, did it hit there yet? im not positive but im pretty sure 210 is the normal temp

maybe. close to it at least.just parked it after i saw over heating start.

mine usually sits at around 180-200 but i do have the 2.5 so it could be different
