ok so my 92 sport while in 2WD it drives fine but when i put it in 4WD and turn the front end does a terrible lurching wobble thing just when i turn , it drives strait just fine. any help wiull be greatly appreciated,,,,,

 

Does it have a locker?

 

Are you in 4hi/4lo on pavement?

Ok so I take it I'm not supposed to drive in 4x4 on the pavement ? Does that meen thers nothing wrong with my jeep ?

 

If you have an np242 with Full time 4x4 you can use that on pavement, otherwise with an np231 with 4hi/4lo you can only use it off pavement.

 

That means your 4x4 is working jut fine. But don't run it on pavement unless there's snow on it.
