Temp gauge question

Temp gauge question
Ok so my temp gauge doesnt work... hasnt been since I bought it in March. Anyways with warmer temps now kinda need it. So I replaced the temp gauge sensor (one towards the back of the block) still doesnt work. Any ideas now? Should I just get a new gauge?
