Hello I want to apologize to all the member here. Please under stand where I am coming form. I wrote everything I had done to my jeep and I dont know what other info you guys may need. I still having the same problem. I also understand if none of you guys want to help me anymore. Also I brough it to a machanic and they also cannot figure it out. So again apologize to everyone.

 

When the temp creeps up, what happens if you turn on the heat?

 

I don't know never tried that before.

 

I would like to try this tell what you guys think. 1. Iam going to wire the Efan on all the time to see if that help. my main concern is that my may overheat or blow a head gasket by it keep running hot like this

 

it looks like you may need to still replace some more parts. radiator hoses. heater control valve? also check to see if your efan is pullng at full power. I just replaced mine cuz the motor was going on it. it had lost lots of it's power. also try flushing your block with radiator flush. there could be some blockage in the block somewhere.

 

I just replace the heater control valve last year.. Why would the hose need to be change none of them are leaking

 

did you check what i suggested before?

 

your lower rad hose could be collapsing. also there could be alot of build up in the hoses. just a good idea to replace the hoses when you replaced everything else.

 

just because you replace something doesnt mean you did it right or that it can break within a year. what the degree on the thermostat you put in? if its 180 or 185 replace it. it supposed to be 195 i believe.

 

Let it get hot, turn on the heat, watch the temp gauge and moniter the air coming out of the ducts and post your results.

now did you check your eletric fan to make sure it is always running at one speed?? check it expecially when your jeep hits 210. what happens is your fan will start out strong but once the heat builds up, the resistance builds up causing the fan to run slower, therfore not pulling enough air to cool the engine with the a/c running. Like people asked earlier, does your lower rad. hose have the spring in it. the spring prevents the lower hose from collapsing. if it collapses or starts to collapse, this restricts cooler fluid from your rad to enter your engine.

 

I only see the efan come when the temp guage gose up about 230*-240* and then it cool the temp down to 210*
