Yup, not to sure on that pinion angle, hard to tell...Check the yokes for play, see if you can wiggle them on the diff and t case or not.

Sorry for delay. TAke a pic of the knuckles facing them. The inside of the tires. Those knuckles should be angled into the jeep like "/". Not straight up and down or "\". That's what I'm curious about

Pinion angle says it all. Your pinion is too high and that means your caster angle is not within spec (6-8deg.)

Just so I understand this for future reference, should the angle be such that the pinion is pointing like this / and the front DS not exactly parallel to the ground, but also tilted in that same direction? Or is his angle TOO high and the pinion needs to be angled more like this --.

I only ask because in the picture it looks like they are almost parallel, and also I have never had to deal with this.

If the caster angle is set to 6-8 deg the driveshaft will angle downward toward the pinion.

You shouldn't, especially with a T-case drop already in place...and besides, the SYE applies to the rear driveshaft, which isn't the problem at hand here. Definitely sounds like a pinion angle issue. Ditch those stock LCA's
