I'm guessing I have a bad seal since my tc is shooting out fluid. I just want to know how to go about this.

This is on an exploder, but same principle.

It looks like to change the seal, all I have to do it take the drive shaft out and switch em

Yea, get a factory replacement. I tried several aftermarket ones that didn't work at all.
