just wondering what the general poll was here... not my issue, but im still curious. thanks boys.. and hopefully jeep girls

IMO unless you do some serious rock crawling or go over hills the 1 inch will not hurt it...Tj

X2 if your worried about clearance issues. That's why I installed a SYE because my skid plates get used a awful lot. With a TC drop it will be worse.

It puts extra stress on the motor mounts due to the angle change, but a few of my friends have run them for years and their rigs are just fine.

I think my 1 inch TC drop is responsible in part for my currently shot motor mounts, and trans mount. I also don't like the fact that the crossmember is getting ALOT of abuse on the trails. I am sitting at around 3" lift, and am going under the grinder to hack and tap
But overall, I think TC drop is a viable solution to some XJ's driveline problems, just not mine.
