Tap into + cable under the dash

Hi, another question for this forum (thanks for your answers so far guys!):
I want to tap into a 12V+ line that's only hot when the ignition is ON. Is there a suitable spot on the fuse panel under the dash lhs? Or any other of the gazillion wires I can tap into? This is where I'll take the power for the starter push button. And yes, I will be using a relay.
