Takes forever to go out of 4wd
What can i do or check? i just picked up a 98 cherokee limited auto trans. Not sure if it makes a difference on running gear but its the upcountry suspension. When i try to put it back in 2wd, it doesnt go out of 4wd. the previous owner said sometimes he has to drive for a couple miles till it finally comes out. What can cause this or what could i check?

One thing that is often overlooked is to be sure that the air pressure in all 4 tires is approximately the same. This absolutely can create a problem getting out of 4WD; I've seen it personally multiple times.
