Tail light wiring issue, assistance appreciated.

Tail light wiring issue, assistance appreciated.
I've got a 99 Sport and recently the tail lights have not been working right. When I put on the left turn signal both tail lights blink. All other lights work correctly. When I have the parking lights on same thing. When I have the low beams on same thing. When I have the high beams on though they work like they should. I've torn the tail light assemblies apart and looked at them and they look OK nothing odd.
I don't know where to look next. Can anyone help me out here?
