Default Tail light socket for 1996 Chereokee

As the title says, I'm trying to source a tail light socket for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport. This is the socket that contains the 2057 bulb for the running light and brake light bulb. I found mine badly corroded and the ground connector is gone. I've did a few searches with Google and Bing and only found the ones 1999 and newer. I also checked Rock Auto and JC Whitney to no avail. Trying to avoid a visit to a junk yard so I don't have a repeat issue in 2 years. I figured this would be an easy part to located given how popular this model is. Thanks for the help.

I've got the whole harness from my 98 on both sides. Don't really want to cut the connector off...

The whole harness on the passenger side is in rough shape and could be replaced. I'll reply to your PM.

96 is that weird transition year. JY is best bet. I know of a clean 96 in a JY, if you want the harness, let me know.

Yeah man! JY is the best bet. I had an issue with my taillight harnesses, but was able to straighten it out. I was in an auto parts store one night and there was this ole' cranky guy trying to get help about getting a harness for his. He didn't have much luck because they didn't carry the harness; just the sockets. I advised him on the multitude of harnesses that I came across in the JY and he had this look as if he wanted to rip me a new one. Not to mention his comment was less to be desired, so I just left it at that. So much for trying to be the nice guy and trying help out/assist others.
