1991 4x4 base Cherokee 4.0. My tail light fuse keeps blowing when I turn the ignition to the start position. If the car is running and I replace the fuse the lights stay on. Any ideas?

I could not find one. Would that relate to the ignition?

Brake lights still work. Everything works up until the starter is engaged then that tailight fuse blows...Ive rewired the tail light boxes twice...just to make sure...Imm ready to do it three times...
