The tach on my '99 sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Is this related to the clockspring? My airbag light does come on once in a while too, but I still have my horn and cruise control. If not the clockspring, the what else could it be?

So, does the connector need to be replaced or do they just come loose after a while?
