Is a t-stat labeled with the temperature?

Engine: 4.0 HO
In terms of where is the needle on the gauge, I'd call it not close in reference to being at 210°. The picture I posted in this thread https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/pic...l-temp-253785/ was taken in the middle of summer.
