Default SYE and tc drop kit

Hey guy's I have a quick question. I searched the forum but I couldn't really find an answer and my internet is really slow so I don't have time to search.

I'm getting the RC 3" lift kit and was wondering if the SYE mod was required and a transfer case drop? I know nothing about the SYE but I don't think you need to do a transfer case drop with only 3 inches but i'm not sure?

Thanks,

-Mike

At just 3" I dont see you needing either. If you do a SYE you no longer need a TC drop. Best advice, do the lift and go from there.

With 3" you might or might not either, as they said do the lift and run it to see if you have drive line vibs. if not you are done, if so there are several options, T/C drop, degree shims on the rear axle, and SYE and CV Drive shaft. SYE and CV Drive shaft being the best option IMHO.
