can i run a front driveshaft in the rear with a dana 35????

6.5" lift + aw4 driveshaft doesn't work, so I'd imagine that that's a no...since a dana 35 rear pinion is 1" shorter than an 8.25/dr44 pinion.

yes as long as you are pretty close to stock lift otherwise you have to get it lengthened wors fine on mine

Yup I do. i just had to get one that was a little longer. but it also depends on your transfercase and whos SYE kit you bought.i have a 4.5" lift and the Iron Rock SYE kit and the stock XJ front shaft was too short i had to get one from a ZJ. look thru my build thread below there is a pic or 2 in there.
