I just got done replacing the valve cover gasket, the rear main seal, the oil pan gasket and the oil filter o-rings. The front main seal was replaced 80k miles ago. So I call upon the CF forums wisdom and wonder if I go with synthetic oil, am I likely to get leaks from anywhere? Would like to go synthetic, but I have hard that switching can lead to leaks from unlikely places.

 

give it a try.......the next place is on the distributor side of block where the head meets. that is where mine weeps also........
