Default Sway bar torque specs?

2000 XJ 4.0L I6. I just replaced my sway bar links and the bracket bushings. Does anyone know specs for the nut on top of the end link:

Torque spec for the nut at the bottom of the link:

And the spec for the bolts on the brackets:

Also, did I install the links in the correct orientation, or do I need to flip then 180? I have the bend going toward the center of the car.

I am not very mechanical so forgive me if all these things have names that I don't know.

Default

Clamp/Bracket to frame bolts: 40 ft. lbs
Link Upper Nut: 27 ft. lbs.
Link Lower Nut: 70 ft. lbs.

Source: 1996 FSM, but would hold true for these components (they would not have changed).

On the upper nut, look at the bushings as you tighten and use common sense. They shouldn't be bulging out much wider than the washer/retainers. If they are bulged too much, the will split prematurely. If they are too loose, with no bulge, you will get a little more road surface vertical vibration translating up into the steering wheel. The ones in your picture look pretty good.
