Default Sway bar link bolts

Working on replacing my links and bushings today and noticed on one side the bolt that’s pressed in pretty chewed up, on the other side it’s chewed up and the bushing sleeve is seized to it. On the one side I can probably run a die over it and still use it. Not sure how I’m going to get that seized sleeve off without totally ruining the bolt. Not seeing any replacements bolts out there anywhere either. Any ideas on replacement bolts?

98 Cherokee Sport. All stock.

From what I can tell they are a pressed fit.

nice! thanks so much. Now to get those dang things out. I sprayed them down last night. I’ll rent a pitman puller today and put some heat to it and see if I can get them pushed out.

GOT IT DONE! At least the old bolts pulled anyway. The driver side was pretty straight forward. Cut about half the bolt off to allow the Pitman arm puller to fit, stick the nut on about halfway on put some pressure on it, heated it up good, a little more pressure, walked in to get a drink and when I came out it was almost out. Little more pressure and done.

Passenger side I had to get a little more creative because the sleeve was siezed on the bolt. I did the same as the other but because I couldn’t get a nut on there and the cut wasn’t perfect the puller kept walking itself off. Went the other direction and ground the head off which was much easier to get a nice flat surface, stuck the puller on that end and shoved it right out.

Ordered the new bolts so hopefully finish it up next weekend. Thanks guys!
