ok ive seen a ton of threads asking about swaping auto to manual all of them shoot down the idea as the aw4 is so loved. well i hate it so bad. i want to be rowing gears myself. on my last renix i swaped the ba10/5 for the ax15 its a simple swap. i got my donor from a 90 that had the small input shaft luckily. now i havr a 90 with aw4. i want to stick a ax15 in it because thats what i want. selling an buying another is out of the question as i love my jeep as it is aside from the auto trans thing. so question is what do i need. i know ill need the trans the cross member, clutch flywheel and all hard ware. i actually have two front drive shafts on my porch for the manual. that i can use when i do the swap with an sye kit. but as far as electrics go what do i need. the cps is the same between auto and mannys in the renix era. the tps sensor is the same once its been replaced for a new unit.(the aftermarket doesnt cater to the manual only tps that i know of and jeep dont make it anymore ) il need the slave and master and the pedal assy. i have an adjustable **** linkage now so i dont need that. any thing else? and i should look for an 89 or 90 ax 15 as it wil have the smaler input shaft to fit the smaller renix crank and a later bell housing to convert it to external slave? thank you guys
