Default suspension for go-fast, not crawling

I am new to the cherokee sceen. I want a "jeep speed" type truck, are the Deaver rear leaves at double the cost of others worth it? I used them on a full size dodge, they were great. But R.E. and others are way less. Also, what about long arms, normally for most vehicles, suspension travel = speed in desert racing, are the long arm kits the way to go? I want an "all around 4x4" but leaning towards the fast side instead of the rock crawling.

go to NAXJA.org and check out the jeepspeed section. TONS of info there.

This isnt the forum for this cause not many people have this type setup here. I recommend taking some time and reading the jeepspeed sections over at NAXJA and pirate4x4, careful for posting stupid questions over there cause they with flame you for asking before reading.
