Default suspension & body mounts?

my 89 cherokee 4.0 sounds like it's coming apart. I'm told my brakes & shocks are fine. I mention brakes because when brakes are applied or released there is groaning & moaning. Are there other body mounts to address besides shocks & struts?

thanks

Cherokee's don't have struts.

I need a little more detail to be able to help you.

Where's this "groan" coming from?

"front & rear , left & right"

That narrows it down a lot.

Might want to take it to a competent shop to insure it's not "coming apart".

Could be your body mounts..... ok sorry i had to...

I would check your shocks, could definetly be them. Or sway bar bushings/ lca bushings.

You could also have bad rotors. In my case my shoe for the rear was completly gone, like in pieces gone. It sounded great when i was stopping. Not really. lol
